When I try to log into the English server the game crashes after a minute.

"English server" you mean server2? Both servers have english support.
It is happens only on server2?
Try main server.

I have tried logging into both servers and they both crash after trying to connect for a moment.

I have done some trick on main server. It is still crashing?

Are you using wifi? Can it be not stable connection?

I am using wifi but it is a very stable connection.
